PickleHaus does not require a membership, but we do have memberships available (here).
We allow walk-ins but can not guarantee a court will be available. A reservation is recommended where you can book up to 21 days in advance clickĀ hereĀ to book now (or use the Pickle Haus app for the best booking experience)
No, we have paddles and balls available for you to rent or purchase. We do require closed-toed, non-marking athletic shoes for all participants.
You must be 18 or older to book a court reservation, but no age requirement to play pickleball.

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. We are happy to reschedule your reservation, class or session but there will be no refunds for no shows.
Yes, all players require a waiver regardless of age. Please complete your waiver in the booking process. Any additional guests you bring will need to complete a waiver on site if you have not already added them to your reservation (including the online waiver).
No. As a restaurant & bar establishment, we have everything you need and the Health Department prohibits us from allowing outside food & beverages (other than bottled water).

Memberhip FAQs
Members can reserve court and golf bay time up to 21 days in advance at no charge.
Courts and Golf Bays can be reserved for a maximum of two hours per day.
Monday through Friday, OPEN until 5pm.
Unfortunately, specific court requests are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to move courts at our discretion. We will do our best to accommodate member requests and preferences on site.
We cannot put memberships on hold. You can cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date if there are still membership spots available but you lose your spot when cancelling.
No cancellation fee, although you do need to provide a 30 day notice for cancellation to go into effect.

Senior Memberships are reserved for those age 65+
While only 4 people are allowed to play on one court at a time, we recommend a maximum party size of 8 per standard court and 12 per cabana court per visit. Guest fee per person is $12.
There are no annual fees.
Not all membership benefits are applicable on July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and the 2 weeks of Winter Break. We will provide Member Open Play opportunities during these holidays.
Yes, in fact all players playing with you MUST be checked in. After you make your reservation, please use the āInvite a Friendā feature. If they are also Members, there will be no charge. If they are Nonmembers, they must register and pay a $12 Guest Fee. The Host (Member who reserved the court) MUST BE PRESENT at any reservation under their name.
Each time you reserve a court or register for a program, this will be logged in your account. In the Pickle Haus app, go to the tab on the bottom that says āMy Bookings.ā Once you are in the check-in window (15 minutes prior to your reservation or program) you will see a āCheck Inā button. Press that button, which reveals a QR code you use to scan in at the Host Desk when you arrive.
Yes, all members must have a form of payment on file. You may enter this in the app or scan your card at the Host Desk to do this. Your card information is encrypted and only the last 4 digits of your card will be visible. For more information see our Privacy PolicyĀ here.
For Membership, you will be charged monthly on the anniversary of your purchase date (except annual memberships or multi-month promotions). For all reservations and events which incur a charge, your card will be charged AFTER that event begins.
When a free court reservation is authorized, the PodPlay system places a $2 hold on the Customerās credit card. This hold is a standard practice to verify the cardās validity and ensure itās active. The hold isnāt an actual chargeāitās temporary and will drop off your account after a short period, depending on your bankās policies. This process helps avoid issues like invalid cards or failed payments if additional charges are incurred later, such as equipment rentals or cancellation fees.
We require that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your reservation will be charged to your credit card for the full amount of your reservation. Multiple no-shows on free member reservations may result in your membership being revoked without refund in addition to cancellation fees.
You can cancel your membership in the Pickle Haus app. Your membership will be cancelled by your next billing cycle if you have been a member for 2 months or more, else, you will be charged one more month before your cancellation will take effect. When you cancel, you will still be able to use your membership benefits until the end of your billing cycle. Note that there is a 2-month minimum before any cancellation goes into effect.
To upgrade your membership, use the PIckle Haus app. Go to āMy Accountā and then āMembership Info.ā In order to add a new Membership, youāll need to cancel your current membership. If you need help with this, please contact us at the Front Desk. 815-575-9570
When placing an order or purchasing an item, please let your server or host know that you are a Member so they can apply the appropriate discount. We are not able to apply member discounts or give refunds retroactively for discounts not applied.
Members receive Free Drip Coffee at the Host Desk. Just ask us!
Haus Members receive free Open Plays during Off-Peak hours, while Premier Members also receive free Open Plays during Peak hours. As a general rule, Free Open Plays do not include a Pro. In your Pickle Haus app, use the bottom tab called āProgramsā and then press āOpen Playsā in the top green menu to find the list of all upcoming Open Plays. Clinics, Social Events, and other staffed activities are not free to Members. Yes, this includes Monday Night Pickleball (formerly known as Pro-Led Open Play) for Premier Members.
The best way to do this is to use the Coaching tab in the app to find coaches who are available on the day(s) you want. You will be responsible for any court fees (member discounts apply) AND the coaches hourly fee (no discounts on the coaching fee). If you book a free member court and add a coach, you will only have to pay the coaching fee.
