In The News: Pickle Haüs Chef Featured on Good Morning Chicago  

Sheamus Feeley, the James Beard featured chef who has developed and curated our Pickle Haüs menu, was featured on Fox 32’s Good Morning Chicago on Nov. 14, 2023.  

Chef Feeley was invited to represent Pickle Haüs as part of a segment on National Pickle Day.  

During the on-air demonstration, Chef Feeley focused on three unique items from the Pickle Haüs menu, all of which prominently feature pickles:  

  • the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza, featuring meatballs, pepperoni and sausage, and topped with giardiniera and oregano 
  • the Pickle Haüs Bloody Mary, made with pickle-infused vodka, lime, avocado, house made bloody mary mix, pickles and smoked salt 
  • the chicken wings, which were coated in our secret blend dry rub and served with dill pickle ranch  

Chef Feeley shared how inclusive and welcoming pickleball is as a sport and how the food options Pickle Haüs offers are easy to share when you come out to play pickleball with friends and family.
