Pickle Haus Algonquin Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Pickle Haus Algonquin (“we”, “our”, “us”) services—including court reservations, memberships, events, and in‑venue access—you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account
● You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if required) to register and use our services.
● You are responsible for all activities under your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Reservations & Access
● Reservations must be made via our official website or app. Access is granted only during your reserved time.
● You may enter the court when your reserved slot starts and must clear the court immediately when your session ends. Overstaying may result in automatic charges for additional time.
● No unreserved usage—you must have a valid booking to use a court, even if it appears free.
4. Membership & Guest Policies
● Memberships are offered on a month‑to‑month basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months, and require 30 days’ notice of cancellation.
● Members may bring guests according to membership tier rules.
● Members must remain present for the entire booked session when they have brought guests.

We reserve the right to impose fines or suspend accounts for violations as follows:
● Minimal overstaying / ignoring reminders: fines up to $25
● Smoking or vaping on-site: up to $500
● Bringing outside alcohol on-site: up to $500
● Equipment damage or behavior posing safety risk: no upper limit on fines in severe cases
● Repeated rule violations or refusal to comply: possible indefinite suspension from the venue
7. Payments & Cancellations
● Charges may include court fees, membership dues, and penalty fees.
● Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled per the 30‑day cancellation policy.
● Court booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee or partial credit.
8. Liability Disclaimer & Waiver
● Use of the facility is at your own risk. We disclaim liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use.
● You agree to abide by facility safety and liability procedures.
9. Account Termination
● You may delete your account via the app or website.
● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms without refund.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material updates may be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Illinois.
